Showing and Hiding Items in the Extension Context Menu

If you want to toggle visibility of the context menu items at any point, you can use the Show in menu toggle option in the column configuration or group settings. The visibility is on by default when you create an item, but you can turn it off at any time.

When you turn off the visibility of an item, it will no longer appear in the context menu. This is useful if you want to temporarily disable an item without deleting it. It will be grayed out in extension sidepanel, indicating that it is not visible in the context menu.
